It is the sole prerogative of UKVI to grant or refuse an application, and no immigration lawyer can guarantee success - any such guarantee is fraudulent. Our job is to use our in-depth knowledge and experience to put your application together so your chances of success are maximised, and, if refused, to strengthen your position on appeal or review.
We advise you on the relevant laws, procedures, requirements and documentation for your route, assess your chances of success, and answer your questions. Consultations last up to 50 minutes, held in person at our London, Lagos or Kampala offices, or virtually.
Yes. There is provision for children aged 4 to 17 to come to the UK to study. A parent or guardian applies on the child's behalf, and the child must have a place at an educational establishment with a sponsor licence.
Yes. We can legally represent you in your immigration appeal, Administrative Review and immigration Judicial Review, including before the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal and the courts in the UK.
Not necessarily. We have offices in London, Lagos and Kampala and can meet you in person or virtually to discuss your immigration needs.
Using a non-professional or a visa agent can lead to refusals and the cost of re-application or appeal. It may also lead to a ban that affects your chances of ever getting a UK visa. It is not worth the risk - work with qualified professionals.
